Order phone

I order phone,I have phone number and order number.All contract has been send to my email and also O2 took my money.But it's been 5 days and still don't have my device and don't allow me to track my order.Its shows that I don't have anything to track in my O2.

@Lusia_90 You will receive a tracking number when your phone has shipped. It may be out of stock, which is why you haven't been able to track it as yet.

Well I have order number, and when I ordered it didn't show it like not in stock or anything.

@Lusia_90 O2's stock reporting isn't a live system. Just because it says it's in stock doesn't mean it is. It's a very poor system. You're just going to have to wait. You can try and call customer service, but you may be wasting your time: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
