Online chat operating times

What are the new operating hours for O2 chat? I understand that we are facing unprecedented times but I can never get anyone online to speak to. Have they closed their online chat services due to the pandemic?

I thought Live Webchat was to slowly come back online this past week, certainly I saw prompts last weekend to indicate it was, albeit in a reduced capacity, working again.

Any further update, @Marjo?

I have seen it twice today, though only when I went into the shop to post upgrade info for two members this morning.

I saw it pop up on the shop pages this morning. Seems intermittent even on those pages so not many seem to be working doing chat.
