Hi all,

I am trying to do Switch Up online.  I didn't realise I could before now, I've already used Switch Up a few times (last time was a year ago but in store).

When I go to the page and there is a button that says "Get Started" I click on it and nothing happens.  Doesn't start loading or anything.  I left it a couple of days and still the same.  Tried changing browsers, tried it from my phone instead, but still the same.

Does anyone have this problem or does anyone know why it's not working at all?

Not sure but we tend to advise people to do Switch Up in store. We get plenty of stories where it goes wrong online, mainly to do with returned handsets

In store it's done and dusted

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

DO NOT DO IT ONLINE

Do it instore, its simpler, instant and a lot less hassle, and the contract is wiped clean there and then

I repeat GO TO A STORE

Maybe o2 have realised that trying to do it online causes nothing but hassle for themselves and headaches for customers @StooPittaway ?

You know what, I'm not saying the responses have swayed me at all, but I might go and do it in store 🤣
