I have 2 x 02 accounts, my son has one and the other is mine but I can’t access the account for me ***********, we are currently on pay as you go and a Switch Up Contract, I have bought this phone out, but would like to switch up, how can I find out about my account as listed above,

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.
