Hi Guys
i swapped from o2 to virgin
snd they have swapped me back
but can’t seem to get the APP to work just keeps saying 48hr wait. Been 2 weeks now
Any idea ?

Seems a common complaint. Apart from removing and reinstalling the App at we can suggest is contacting O2
