I have the my o2 app loaded on my Apple ipad and iphone.
I have tried logging in on both devices and get into the app but I just get the spinning wheel on the app with the message Hanh on a second while we load everything.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is the app down?
Any help would be appreciated

totally ticked off with o2, have been unable to use the app to top up, for over a month, the online helpdesk is not working, and the online chat is not working, the number rang on my mobile is not working either... whats going on...
