I can't see a previous typed conversation with support that I had this week, I need to access a voucher that was sent as it was not received with my original order, but the conversation is not there anymore, how do I retrieve this information?

You should have received an e-mail transcript - it is not in your Spam folder, by any chance, @MG23?

Alas, there is nowhere else on your MyO2 that your transcript is stored, it has been suggested as an improvement many times, but... well, you know 🙄
