Hi there,
I signed up to a sim-only contract yesterday evening with o2 and when verifying my email via the email link sent, it was verified successfully. However, upon step 2 to input my mobile number, the verification code is not sending and I am yet to receive it. I can’t therefore log into my o2 account to see my order progress etc and need this code for registration. I have now asked to ‘re-send’ another via the link and I am still not receiving a code.
Can someone help me please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
