Resolved! O2 account denied

We left O2 after 6 years. O2 has immediately dropped our website login so we're unable to see the final bill. Thanks O2, not very helpful, but that's a large part of why we're leaving.

logging into my account

I cannot log into my account as O2 no longer recognises my number. They say I don't have an account. However I am still receiving signals and being billed each month. ???? It also means I can't log into chat and I cant find anyone to talk to.
