Hello,
I have just switched to 02 and requested a PAC code from my previous provider and entered in when signing up with you. I have just received my Sim and logged in to My 02 to switch it over and realised the mobile number is different and not the number I requested to switch with, please can you help?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
