I used to be able to use O2 charge to mobile for in-app purchases - great tool for managing my spend in games. However, it has now stopped working. I have a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22 +, single sim active. I have checked with customer service and there is no block with full credit available. I have removed this payment method from my google accounts (I have 2 active). I have updated my profile details in Google to match my account details here. In game I can added charge to mobile and select 02, google sends a verification text and creates the payment method. But when I use this, it says I have reached my monthly limit and try again on the next billing cycle.
Has anyone come across this issue and resolved it please?

Still sounds like an O2 issue.
