Hiya everyone. I recently got a new phone. And the my O2 app doesn't let me sign in on it. Would anyone be able to assist with this? Cheers

It can take a couple of days as your account is going through all the systems, since you activated your phone.. Are you able to login OK to the web version ?

I would in that case call Customer Services on 202 from your o2 phone.
