Try clearing your cache and cookies or try a different browser.
You could also try the MyO2 app on your phone.
If no luck, give customer service a call on 202 to reset your account.

God that was the worse and rubbish go at been a customer service department that I've ever known the first member of staff just had me un-installed and reinstall the app ( 6 times in total ) this would fix the app and the web site I'm told (will it ? I don't think so ) i asked to speak to someone else the call ended , I called again and got someone else after about 20 mins of going over stuff including the above please un and re the app it turned out that o2 have an issue and it is effecting a few people , so i ask to make complaint about first member of staff only to have call ended again deffo not great service
