Data problem

Hello guys. I have a question. I check the app and i don t have Any idea Why i don’t have the data part. I check and it’s write something like : 0 mb of 0 kB left last 2 days ago i had 30gb.. Any idea what’s happening !??

Try deleting the app and reinstalling it first. 

If that doesn't help, give customer service a call to reset things at their end Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@Jodle Just a quick update on this one - we were aware of some issues on Android with the allowances displayed in My O2 last week, however it should be all sorted now if you update your app slight_smile
