Try deleting the app and reinstalling it first.
If that doesn't help, give customer service a call to reset things at their end Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@Jodle Just a quick update on this one - we were aware of some issues on Android with the allowances displayed in My O2 last week, however it should be all sorted now if you update your app
