Hi

Please help I have made a new order for an iPad O2 have taken £200 for the deposit and now when I log in there is no information on my purchase.
O2 say I’m not classed as vulnerable so will not help what should I do????

Did you receive any information regarding you order via email? You will also be able to track your order by logging into the My O2 app - Manage your account - Other services - Track my order. 

Please be aware things may take a little longer to update due to the current pandemic.

The order won't show immediately.
If you have had the terms and conditions emails then it has gone through.
Use any option to get through to customer services even if not strictly the one you should press.

All I got through email was my contact and a email which said
Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end.
I can’t access my O2 App for some reason and O2 say I can’t speak to them unless it’s fraud.

What should I do?

Sounds like it is in progress then.
It might not show in My o2 yet until it has been picked and is on the way.
Ignore them saying you can't speak to them unless it's fraud.
Try a different number on the below link and see if you get someone a little more helpful...
