HiPlease help I have made a new order for an iPad O2 have taken £200 for
the deposit and now when I log in there is no information on my
purchase.O2 say I’m not classed as vulnerable so will not help what
should I do????
All I got through email was my contact and a email which saidThanks for
your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end.I can’t access my O2
App for some reason and O2 say I can’t speak to them unless it’s
fraud.What should I do?
