When I click on the Multisave tab the page is blank and I have no way of adding numbers to my group so they can get a 20 percent discount any idea how to solve this? I’ve tried on Mobile through the my02 app as well as on laptop/pc website and it’s always a blank page???

Hi Dave, what about those of us who have given up sitting for hours to try and speak with someone and are now outside the 4 week period to add another contract to multisave having had the blank page?

Iv never been able to use the multi save page since day one spent hours on the phone to o2 and just went round and round in circles. Either is was my fault or it was website issues or I wasn’t allowed it as I have volt already best was I was told I couldn’t have it as 4 weeks had passed. Even though it’s never worked and I was told in store it was automatically applied. I rekon 02 have had hundreds out of me via not applying discounts. Wish I never left ee and will be 100% leaveing o2 when each line comes to an end.

Thought worth sharing.... Guess what started working for me as soon as all the O2 numbers in our household have ported away (following price increase announcement)? That's right the multisave page in myO2 that has just displayed a blank page for ages is now miraculously working letting me add new connections (oh the irony).

I wonder, @andyg68uk - which of the other former O2 contracts in your household was the one that was confounding MyO2's multisave logic?
