Multisave showing blank page

When I click on the Multisave tab the page is blank and I have no way of adding numbers to my group so they can get a 20 percent discount any idea how to solve this? I’ve tried on Mobile through the my02 app as well as on laptop/pc website and it’s always a blank page???

As done above, @Jls222 - you need to tag the Forum Manager, @Dave-O2 - he'll be back in on Tuesday and will probably ask you to use the Forum Private Message feature to send him some screenshots and other info so he can follow-up with the relevant O2 team. Good luck!

@Aviritz The multisave page is still blank however I can see the 20% discount has now been applied (my most recent bill also shows it). Hopefully the team Dave has referred it to can eventually fix the access on the multisave page so I can add future Sims to it myself

This certainly has NOT been resolved at all, my page is still BLANK and I still cannot add people to my family group. 4 months and counting with this issue #pathetic have pm’d Dave
