"My Device" on the My O2 app just shows a blank white page

I have a Google Pixel 8a, I have had it for a few months now. When I open the My O2 app and go to "My Device" all I get is a blank white page. There is no way of adding a device, it is just blank.

I have tried stopping the app and clearing the data, nothing works. I have no option to uninstall it on my phone in the app settings.

Does anyone have an answer as to why the page is blank?? Everthing else on the app works fine.

@CARRIE36

Lots of glitches and not uncommon.

Is it the same on the web My O2 ?

Hi MI5,

I can find nowhere on the web version that shows the device, all it shows under my device is my phone number with no way of adding details. Under "Manage your device" it just asks about unlocking

And the error I get from "Device details" in the web version of MyO2 is:

You can't access this page right now

Hi MI5, thank you but unfortunately I am on exactly the same page and there is just my phone number and nothing underneath, if I click on the icon of a phone to the left of the number it takes me to device details which again is just my phone number.

@CARRIE36

As above, there's lots of glitches that O2 cannot or will not fix.

I have one account that I cannot access by any means and O2 are incapable of fixing it, so, although it may not seem like it, you are lucky to get as far as you can.
