I can't add new pay as you go number to My O2 profile.

At the moment it isn't possible to add numbers to My O2

New numbers need their own different email address and a separate My O2

Thank you for your response. But i really didn't understand what exactly you mean. I use an email address to log on. To the field add products i am entering the number, i am getting the six digit code and at the Step 3 of 3 

Review and confirm
Products and services that will be added to your account ..... i confirm ....

and then

Sorry – you can't add any new Pay As You Go numbers

The new 'improved' MyO2 will not allow you to add a PAYG number.

You need to create a new MyO2 account using a separate email.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
