Thank you for your response. But i really didn't understand what exactly you mean. I use an email address to log on. To the field add products i am entering the number, i am getting the six digit code and at the Step 3 of 3

The new 'improved' MyO2 will not allow you to add a PAYG number.
You need to create a new MyO2 account using a separate email.
