I was trying to transfer my E-sim but accidentally deleted it. Is there a way to reinstall it through the app? I can't phone O2 (as I have lost my E-sim) and the nearest store is over an hour away by car!

I know you used to be able to install it through the O2 app, but it won't let me either, has this been changed?

If you cant reinstall via my O2 then it's either phone or store

Yes things have changed (for the worse)

one reason many of us on here recommend staying clear of eSIMs on O2 if possible

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Thank you.  I guess store it is then, as I won't be able to phone up.  I'd avoid e-sim if possible, but my phone is e-sim only - so I kinda have no choice right now xD
