Just lately I have had problems with the My O2 Android App on my phone. It just does not give me my usual information when I click on its 'homepage' links. I have logged onto the O2 website where I found I was required now to link my O2 account with Virgin/O2 which I did, so at least I was able to get all my info from the website and top up etc.
I went back to the App and it seemed to work briefly but today the links to say, 'balance' and 'allowances' etc just say 'hang on while we get the information' and then zilch 'something went wrong' or words to that effect.
I did the usual uninstalling and re installing the App but frankly have almost given up on it and now put just a home screen link on my phone to the website.
Can anyone elaborate? I'm sure I'm not the only one to experience these problems.

Mine has been broken for a couple of months now and I have tried everything bar calling 202
I just use the online portal now if I need to check anything

Not unusual and usually fixes itself in time.
