Hi, I may be in the wrong forum, if so apologies!
I recently (July5th) purchased a handset outright and now I need a receipt or Proof Of Payment for it which mentions the IMEI Number so that it linnks to my specific phone.
How can I get one?
I was promised on in a "Chat" session, and again when contacting South Africa by phone!
Those promises were made 8th or 9th of July and stillnothing has been emailed to me.
Help, please!

You can get all that info from My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
That will be all you need.
Edited to add this guide which shows you all the sections regarding billing. It will also show your device and IMEI number https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/1014096
Best of luck and welcome to the forum

You should have signed a credit agreement (either in store or electronically via email).
This will have your phone details on it.
Alternatively, call 202 to request rather than relying on live chat.

Also My O2 should show recent purchases, along with emails you should have

Thanks guys, but my "MyO2" seems to be in a parallel universe!
It looks like the screenshots the link that Cleoriff posted, but there the similarity ends!
There is just no mention of the handset which I purchased outright online.
I have since cancelled the Airtime Contract, possibly this has severed any links which would lead to the phone's details.
I do have a PDF "Generic Bill" which mentions my Name, (no address) and lacks any detail which would tie it to the specific handset, ...it could refer to any phone.
The one saving grace (but only useful to O2) is that it mentions the Order No against which the phone was sold.
Not Sure if Huawei would accept this as a bonafide "proof of purchase" ...for the WatchGT offer.
though I can send them a screenshot of the phone's details which gives the IMEI.
Maybe that'll do?

The actual IMEI is not the problem, I can access that from "Settings > System > About Phone", the problem is relating the receipt for "A Phone", to the actual Handset.
The only way to achieve that is when the receipt mentions the IMEI Number.
