Thanks but that's not getting me anywhere, all I get are empty promises.Also, this is not areplacement reciept, it is THE receipt, since I have never had one!

The actual IMEI is not the problem, I can access that from "Settings > System > About Phone", the problem is relating the receipt for "A Phone", to the actual Handset.The only way to achieve that is when the receipt mentions the IMEI Number.
