TEXT 85075 with PAC, it says. Nope. Try "INFO" and it tells you togo back to the place that says TEXT 85075 with PAC.
Or just visit MyO2 and sign in. Nope. No "let me out of this nightmare, cancel my contract and give me my PAC code" button.
Final option, call 202 and have a battle of wits against the customer retention team.
What a crappy way to do business.
