Getting emails from notification@account.o2.com about two of my accounts saying something is expiring,
So I logged in to my O2 account online and can't find anything?

These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

 

To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code

Our Manager is looking into these codes.

Send a Private message to @Dave-O2 

ie Click on his name in my post, this will take to to another page and you will see SEND MESSAGE.

Click on that and a message box to @Dave-O2 will open.

You need to give the code and the mobile number it's linked to, then press SEND at bottom of box
