Hi @SuzanneAyres, did you get anywhere with Customer Service since yesterday?
Error 500 normally refers to a data connection issue, so if you're on WiFi and have tried everything @Anonymous, @MI5 and @Cleoriff advised I'd happily get someone to look into this one for you. I've already sent you a Private Message to get a few more details so please reply to it when you have a minute
