I Cannot Access My o2

I have recently ended my account, but have received a message that I have a bill to pay. 
when trying to access MyO2, an error occurs when trying to send me a confirmation text. I believe this is because the account has been closed, but the system doesn’t realise. 

Please help.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

There is also a link to view your bill at the bottom of the email you received, which should work.
