i have lost my sim, left England and will not be returning. I want to cancel my monthly payment but o2 are not making it easy... What can i do?

Hi, I've recently ordered and new ipad and set up my O2 account.Yesterday I was able to log in, however today I keep getting this message when I go to try and log in "We can’t send you any more codes". Any idea on how to resolve this?
