App and website not showing my details

I’ve had the o2 app for years but now it’s telling me it’s unavailable to me. I go on the website to look at my device plan and it’s not showing me anything but o2 WiFi. Anyone else having this issue??

I can see others are having the same problem as me logging into the 02 app so it appears to be your systems at fault.

Entering the security code on the website

Why are the numbers in the security code boxes obscured by the up and down keys????? This is farcical!

Hi, I've been switching to others supplier for weeks, and my o2 account has £0.68 credit, I've tried to request for refund on the my O2 app, but I can't get access due to my account is not available now, so could you help to get my refund ?

HiLogged into my 02 account on my desktop today, only an old account showing (I have 3 current contracts which normally show on there, pay monthly).My 02 app shows the same.What is happening!!! Does anyone from 02 know the cause of this?Many thanks
