Hi there,
I recently took out a new ESIM, sim only contract with you. I haven’t had any option to choose a date to start and confirmation that it has all gone through. I can log into my online portal through safari, but I cannot log into my O2 app. The online portal doesn’t show me anything either so I’m really confused of what’s happening. This is the fourth day now.

This is not customer services, so no one can access your account.
With Esims the contract starts straight away, but if you havent had confirmation that it has been approved, the you will need to call the sales team on 0800 081 0255 and let them have a look at the order.
