I can't see a previous typed conversation with support that I had this week, I need to access a voucher that was sent as it was not received with my original order, but the conversation is not there anymore, how do I retrieve this information?

my o2 still shows old device type after sim swap

My O2 is still showing my old device type. I did a sim swap into my new device and kept the old number. I can't find a way of updating the device type to my new phone.
