Logging into the o2 app

I have tried to log in to the Myo2 app about 10 times and after I’ve completed the login and text message security code steps, it keeps saying “Something went wrong.

Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet.

If you're new to 02, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready.

If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.”

 

Ive been a customer for nearly 3 weeks now and it’s still giving me this error message. Please can you solve!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
