There is no link within My02 as detailed on the 'Can I speak to a live agent with Chat' page on the O2 website.
It advises that "Yes you can, once logged into My Account, Live chat is available from the bottom of the My Account home page. Just click on the ‘chat now’ button to start the conversation."
There is no mention of 'My Account' anywhere on my02 login page and I cannot find any button for live chat.
I think it's a ruse - there's no live chat, no telephone contact centre. Nothing. I'm stuck with O2 forever.

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
