Hi, I’ve been going round and round with the virtual assistant. I then managed to speak via chat to an agent who basically after much questioning told me she couldn’t help and sent link to Priority. The link was just a generic link. I need to speak with someone in the priority team not o2. Can anyone help,with contact details please?
