You keep sending me messages saying that you are setting up a new direct debit for me. This is wrong as I have already been paying a direct debit to you for years. Why has this changed? I do not need a new direct debit.

O2 are updating their account systems. As such they need to cancel the old DD in favour of O2 and replace it with one in favour of Telefónica
Nothing will change for you other than the name on your bank statement
