I can longer see how much data I have left in the myo2 app

Probably another of the issues MyO2 has been having the last few days.
Try the usual log out / log in or delete and reinstall.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Wont it update after midnight @Anonymous? Seems to be a lot of glitching with the My O2 app over the last couple of days??

I'll give the options that @MI5 said a go first then see what happens 

@Cleoriff it normally does but the whole data allowance thing has disappeared but I have everything else still

Logged out & logged back in & its now saying there's a problem on the data bit so guessing it's another glitch. Thanks for the help guys. @MercedesS @Martin-O2 @Marjo the app needs fixing but otherwise it's a very useful app for me

So if the problem is still there how is it solved? I would confirm with customer service as it isn't a general problem. Mine is working fine. Maybe it's account related.
