Number Transfer Didn’t Happen (PAYG)

My number was due to be transferred today but nothing happened and I didn’t receive any message regarding a delay. I generated and submitted the PAC yesterday before 5pm and as per O2 information it should have gone through before 6PM today. Is there any way I can contact O2 by chat? When accessing through the website I’m sent to the app, but it doesn't appear to have a chat option for me.

There's no chat option for PAYG

Either call 4445 or use social media.

You should get a text to the number you are keeping confirming when the transfer will happen @mike1-618 

If you've not had that then get back in touch with o2, or try submitting the PAC again
