Hi
I wish to moving my old existing O2 pay monthly sim to a new O2 pay monthly sim that has more larger data allowance. I tried using the My O2 app but am unable to find a suitable option to do this. Do I need to phone up instead?

You will need to migrate the number across.
This will cancel the old SIM so make sure you are out of contract or you will have to pay the balance
