I was planning to leave O2 and then the 4th person I was speaking to after hours made me an offer that made me decide to stay.

Instead I only get 30GB..

This was done over the phone who said the option is usually 30GB but due to me being a special customer (or something like that) I get the 60GB option. While talking over the phone she sent me the contract to which I questioned why it was only 30GB on there, she assured me this was not a problem its just how the contract is generated but I will get 60GB she then said a bunch of stuff i couldn't understand and then my tariff was changed after that.

You may have got a 2X multiplier, or the agent may have assumed you also have an active Virgin Media contract at your address and can benefit from Bigger benefits - Volt 

Reach out to O2 via Social Media, either link just below, to ask them what happened and where your missing 30GB can be found in your MyO2. Be persistent on X or FB until an agent engages, @Jason_sdfasdfsd.

That X link you use takes you to the public O2 timeline on X, from there use the envelope icon.
