Had a phone plus usage contract with Virgin. Usage has been moved to O2, but still paying monthly fee to Virgin. However, I can't see the status on the phone contract. Can no longer access Virgin app, and O2 only showing me usage data. Anyone know how I can check phone contract?

For your phone you will still need to pay Virgin, and you will need to contact them to deal with the Phone Plan, you can call VM on 0345 454 1111 or visit the Virgin Community https://community.virginmedia.com
