I get so far with the process, and at the point where I have to add my contact number, it tells me that my contact number couldn't be updated as it is already associated with a different user....?
Obviously my number is the number that I need the discount linked to.
I tried the old o2 email linked to my account, but it says it doesn't match the records??
Can you help?
I also pay for my 3 children's accounts....
Has this complicated things?

Update - pushed for time (trying to do this in work!) so phoned 202 and received prompt help, in that they were able to add the NHS discount on to my account for me. Unexplained error.
