Change my name and date of birth

I need to change my name and date of birth due to it being in my ex mother in laws name, the bill is paid and always has been paid from my account and it’s my email and everything but I want it in my name.

This cant be done I am afraid, you will need to signup for a contract in your name, and pass all the credit and affordability checks. 

Once you have the new account setup, then you can follow this guide to migrate your number across.  but bare in mind you will have to pay any remaining device plan off before being able to migrate
