Tariff change

I’m trying to change my tariff to a PAYG £10 Big Bundle and did this through my O2 and it went through with an effective date of 24/04/2045 ! It now won’t let me change this again . Any suggestions ? Can’t get any sensible advice from the automatic chat etc

You can only change tariffs once in any 30 day period

If you contact customer service either by phone or social media they may be able to help do what you require for your needs
