I normally access my account with my laptop using wifi, as there is no mobile signal in my area. Because of the lack of mobile signal I cannot receive text messages. This month O2 appears to have introduced an additional check by sending a text security number which I cannot receive due to lack of mobile signal here. Can you send the check number to my email account? If not, how am I supposed to access my monthly invoice?
