Am I on a contract

Want to upgrade but says I have a zero bill not contract end aug 21!? I have had my current phone longer than two years I thought and just changed the sim as was with EE and now O2 - can you help ? I can get a cheaper deal with EE for the iPhone 11 just wondering if I can leave o2 with no costs

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

Or text INFO to 85075 to get details on any early termination fees.
