I've lost control of my phone via a fraudster changing my account details, advice please since I cannot phone outside of office hours

@MoleHD just to add that this isn't customer service so we cannot help with account related issues. O2 have a fraud department who will investigate your issue but you must call them, do not use live chat for this kind of issue.

Thank you Cleoriff, a day of stress since they used my mobile account details to access my bank account...nothing lost I may add thanks to the quick action by the bank.

A simple voice call claiming to be O2...then firing through a sim card swap to lock me out of my phone.

Anyhoo, disaster averted slight_smile

There will always be fraudsters looking to make a killing from those of us who have worked hard for what we have. Glad you suffered no financial loss but the stress and worry of it all takes its toll
