Hey guys regarding the O2 Ask Bolt-on, this isn’t automatically removed upon uninstalling the O2 Ask app. We’re working on future updates that will remove the bolt-on.

We have no ETA for this at present, but if you no longer use O2 Ask then the presence of this bolt-on on your My O2 account or bill is purely cosmetic and won’t interfere with your billing, account or anything else.

TU was an unremovable bolt on and only disappeared when the app was discontinued. I understand what you are saying but it will hardly have an impact on your  O2 account or on your life in fairness.

Oh. What about..., @jonsieyahoo

I like to keep my MyO2 nice and sleek, streamlined and ship-shape... bristol-fashion, whatever that means.

Well that was on my mind when posting but I'm far too careful about what I say (hopefully) in this crazy politically correct world and would hate to hurt someone's feelings or invoke their wrath for making such an assumption about someone.

But there, you've done it now so the wrath of @ste064 can be directed your way....I hope pensive

Yeah, I guess. scream

O2 also need to realise a clockwise-turn bolts-on, but an anti-clockwise (or counter-clockwise for our transatlntic subscribers) twist unbolts, or removes the bolt.

It should be easier, to @ste064's point.

I understand that it's frustrating that the bolton can't currently be removed but the good news is that this will be addressed with a future update!
