Been a customer for 16 years I have 3 contracts. Upgraded main contract in January 18 reluctantly as wanted American data allowance included but remained loyal in the hope that as promised it was something they were looking into for their customers. Discussed to find out today that there is now a service for new customers but it’s not available for loyal existing customers despite being on the o2 refresh tariff which is now eligible. Does anyone else feel penalised for being loyal?

You can have mine as I'll never use it!
But from what we've heard, it doesn't work anyway.
As always, these offers are only for new or upgrading customers, never the loyal ones, which means nothing these days.
